I do not use any filters or touch up my product pictures in an effort to best showcase the item in it's truest form. Screens can vary the colour slightly.
Many items are photographed up close to give you the best chance of the viewing the products details and the condition that it is in. Many items are not photographed to scale so please read the description for the measurements. If you are unsure. please contact me and I'll be happy to provide further details.
Handmade Items
Items are handmade with love and the utmost care. Each individual piece may have slight variations including differences in colour, shape and inclusions. For example, you may see a few small bubbles in the resin, evidence of moulding by hand or a slightly different thickness between matching pieces. It's these slight differences that help make the item beautiful, unique and individual just like you.
Jewellery
My items are costume jewellery and as such should avoid contact with water, perfumes and general grime.
All the jewellery listed (new and used) are not intended for children under the age of 14 as they contain small pieces and may be harmful if swallowed.
Shipping Australia wide (Only)
All items are shipped using regular parcel with Australia Post with a tracking number as COVID-19 has removed Aust Posts ability to guarantee Express Post. I always aim to dispatch the item as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery particularly during holiday periods. I always do my best to communicate clearly with the buyer and notify when packages are on it's way including any tracking information available. Where possible, I try to use recycled packaging materials in an effort to give our beautiful planet a little hug.

Refunds
Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. However, for all my items if it's faulty/damaged or significantly not as described, I will provide a refund as per Australian Consumer Law. I'll treat you the same way I'd expect a seller to treat me - with respect and fairness.
